Commercial property 

Ian Torr, a director with Cleggs solicitors, has many years' experience of commercial property work. Ian is Head of our Business Affairs Team and undertakes a wide range of Commercial property work including acquisitions and disposals, and Commercial leases acting for both landlords and tenants. Ian is assisted by Leah McSherry, assistant Solicitor with Cleggs and part of the Business Affairs Team, who works closely with Ian in all types of Commercial Property transactions

Company/commercial issues  

Martin Hall is a solicitor and consultant with Cleggs Solicitors. He is both a graduate of Nottingham Law School and a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales. Martin specialises in Company and Commercial Law, with strong emphasis in share sales, business sales, joint ventures, management buy-outs & shareholder agreements, company reconstructions, partnerships, franchising, IT and all aspects of Business Law. Qualifying as both a Solicitor and Chartered Accountant gives Martin the broad range of skills necessary to assist in the successful, timely and cost effective completion of his client's transactions.

Commercial litigation/dispute resolution, employment and environment

David Vaughan-Birch, a director with Cleggs, has over 15 years' experience of working with businesses and the owners to get the best and most cost-effective solution to  a wide variety of commercial disputes including employment. David can also help you with environmental law issues such as waste disposal licence disputes.
