Claims Group Direct Limited v Progressive Financial Services Limited and anr

Cleggs acted for Progressive Financial Services Limited, one of the Defendants in a large number of claims brought by the Claimant, a claims management company relating to payment protection insurance ("PPI"). A preliminary point was heard by His Honour Judge Holman earlier this year, as the Defendants believed that the Claimant's case was champertous.
